Coaching Skills

This half-day workshop is designed to provide leaders, managers and teams with coaching skills they can use immediately to improve communications, influence action and strengthen relationships. The underlying format of the workshop is based on coaching principles of active listening, observation, powerful questions and acknowledgement. The workshop is highly interactive whereby participants will practice core-coaching skills.

Courageous Conversations

This 90-minute workshop is designed to provide leaders and managers with the tools and framework to handle the most challenging of conversations including highly emotional situations, managing team dynamics and resolving conflict. Participants will also gain insight on their triggers when confronted with conflict and how to manage them effectively.

Active Listening

This 90-minute workshop is designed to help participants create engaging conversations and deeper relationships. By the end of this highly interactive session participants will learn: the difference between hearing and listening, how to actively listen with your ears, your eyes and your body, six ways to increase your understanding and comprehension and how to avoid listening missteps.

Communication Skills

This 90-minute workshop is designed to help participants improve their communication skills in order to be more effective. The interactive session has three core parts; what you say (skills), how you engage (relationships) and what you do (actions). Participants will learn how we process information (how we remember and how we forget) as well as insights about different communication styles. This can be combined with Active Listening.


This 90-minute workshop is designed to help managers create on-going feedback loops with their team as well as how to openly receive feedback. They will learn what constitutes productive feedback and how to deliver it. They will better understand the role of fostering strong relationships and setting expectations with team members as well as understanding how they need to manage their own beliefs and emotions when receiving feedback.

This all-day workshop is designed around 4 steps; interrogating your life, formulating your plan, conquering old foes and adopting the changes you desire. This interactive session has participants working together to tackle challenging career and life issues in a supportive upbeat environment.
